I have tried Fedora Linux on multiple occasions, and let’s just say it never truly went smoothly. In fact, my reliance on Debian as my cradle — the system that takes care of me and keeps me warm and fuzzy thanks to being the best stable distro in the universe — has spoiled me, to put it mildly.
With Fedora, I always ran into something that would be a deal-breaker for me. This time, however, Fedora 44 failed miserably. It failed at disappointing me. It just works. After a month of testing, I couldn’t find a single deal-breaking issue.
